Terms of Use

Last updated August 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of ShiftPilot (the “app”), published by devauxprod. By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use it — and if you’ve paid, ask for a refund and you’ll get one.

What the app is

ShiftPilot organises your work schedule. It reads schedules you forward or photograph, estimates hours, pay, overtime and tip-out, and reminds you before shifts.

Every figure it shows is an estimate. Tip-out, overtime, differentials and PTO are calculated from the rules and rates you enter, and from schedules parsed automatically — which can be misread. ShiftPilot is not a payroll system and is not a substitute for your employer’s records. Check anything that matters against your actual pay stub before relying on it.

Subscriptions

Some features are part of ShiftPilot Pro, sold as an auto-renewing subscription through your Apple ID. Terms:

Pro is currently unlocked for everyone during early access, so you may not be charged anything today even though the subscription exists. When early access ends we’ll say so in the app first, and you’ll choose whether to subscribe — nobody wakes up locked out of something they were already using.

Your account and your data

You’re responsible for what you put into the app and for keeping access to your device and Apple ID. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings — it’s immediate and irreversible. How data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

What you agree not to do

Don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to process other people’s data without their knowledge, or resell access to it. Referral rewards are for real referrals; creating accounts to farm them voids them.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as-is. It’s a small independent product and it can have bugs, downtime, and parsing mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, devauxprod is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a missed shift, a miscalculated paycheck, or lost income. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Features can change or be removed. If a paid feature is removed during a period you’ve paid for, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the app will say so before the change applies to you. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
